Friends of Druid Hill Park
  Commission Tree Carvings

Early in 2012, the Friend sof Druid Hill Park along with the Baltimore Department of Recreation and Parks and the Baltimore Office of Promotion
and the Arts,
sought to commission a talented professional artist or team of artists to create artwork from two existing stumps in the park.

Mark Acton was hired and has completed
two amazing sculptures!

The Friends of Druid Hill Park are thrilled with the results and proud to have sponsored this art project.
